How to control it

Strictly necessary items, the contact details you choose to save before WhatsApp, and one private-area preference are in use. There is no advertising category to switch off. You can clear cookies, local storage and session storage in your browser at any time; signing out or clearing storage removes the sign-in item, and clearing it while signed in simply logs you out.

The AI Concierge keeps a per-tab handle in session storage so reloading resumes the same conversation. The messages stay on our server. This site embeds no third-party widgets, pixels or players: property data, place photos and market statistics are fetched by our own server, so those providers set nothing in your browser.
