The calendar here follows the resort district rather than a conventional week: dining and shopping at Disney Springs, golf on resort courses, and the traffic patterns of a destination rather than a neighbourhood. Ownership almost always comes bundled with hotel-style services and rules.
Disney Springs concentrates the dining and retail, from casual to reservation-only restaurants, all within a walkable waterfront district built for visitors.
Everyday residential services, a full supermarket, a family clinic, are limited inside the district itself; the SR-535 corridor just outside covers most of that need.
Occupancy, pricing and traffic all follow the theme-park calendar closely, with holiday weeks and school breaks bringing the heaviest crowds and the highest rental demand.
