How to control it

Because only strictly necessary items and one private-area preference are used, there is nothing to switch off in a settings panel. You can still clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; signing out or clearing storage removes the sign-in item, and clearing it while signed in simply logs you out.

The AI Concierge conversation is held in the page's memory while it is open and is not written to your browser storage, so reloading the page starts a fresh conversation. This site embeds no third-party widgets, pixels or players: property data, place photos and market statistics are fetched by our own server, so those providers set nothing in your browser.

This page carries a version identifier. Any new storage item must appear here, with its purpose and duration, before it is used.
